Celeste Bento

I always liked to share my experience and knowledge but every time I had to speak in public I panicked. Now I understand why. I also enjoy diving in the sea, but I would certainly panic if I didn’t know how to swim.

Public speaking is not a gift, not intuitive, it is a learning experience and Inês “teaches us to swim”, to breathe, to come to the surface, to enjoy the moment, to like what has been done and to want to repeat it. Without stress, panic or tachycardia.

Inês goes beyond a defined program, she quickly understands what we need, our strengths and weaknesses, the characteristics that need to be worked on. She give us tools that get rooted. She show us our voice, and how with our voice we can reveal all our power.
